Project Manager

About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead client projects and coordinate between stakeholders and development teams. You'll be responsible for ensuring successful project delivery while maintaining high client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute project timelines and deliverables
• Coordinate between client stakeholders and development teams
• Manage project budgets and resource allocation
• Identify and mitigate project risks
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope
• Facilitate meetings and maintain project documentation
• Track project progress and report to stakeholders
• Manage change requests and scope adjustments
• Conduct project retrospectives and continuous improvement
• Maintain strong client relationships and satisfaction

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in project management
• PMP, Agile, or Scrum certification preferred
• Experience managing software development projects
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Monday.com)
• Understanding of software development lifecycle
• Experience with budget management and resource planning
• Client-facing experience and stakeholder management
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments
