UI/UX Designer

About the Role

We're seeking a creative and user-focused UI/UX Designer to join our design team. You'll be responsible for creating engaging user experiences across web and mobile platforms while maintaining consistency with our design system.

Key Responsibilities

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Conduct user research and usability testing
• Collaborate with developers to ensure design implementation
• Maintain and evolve design systems and style guides
• Present design concepts to clients and stakeholders
• Create user flows and information architecture
• Design responsive interfaces for web and mobile
• Participate in design reviews and provide feedback
• Stay current with design trends and best practices
• Work closely with product team to define requirements

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools
• Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile designs
• Understanding of user-centered design principles
• Experience with design systems and component libraries
• Knowledge of responsive design and accessibility standards
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and frontend development
• Experience with user research and usability testing
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work in an agile environment
